Control method of high speed and high precision motion
Because of the Abbe principle and Blaine principle, equipment will have some errors in movement of machine from different direction.If we want to reduce errors and improve precision in machine, we have to give the solution to this movable modality of machine. It is the same concept for equipment and drive car. Imagine driving on winding mountain road, unable to know the next winding and bad drivers will not drive smoothly, or it is unable to drive too quickly when there is dangerous faster paths.
